3. User Responsibilities

6. Warranty and Maintenance

- Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications
7. Government Subsidy Disclaimer
- UrjaCone assists in applying for government subsidies (e.g., Surya Ghar Yojana, PM-KUSUM)
- Approval, amount, and disbursement timeline are controlled by government authorities
- UrjaCone is not liable for delays, rejections, or changes in subsidy policies
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Orders may be canceled before installation begins, subject to applicable charges
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative and site inspection costs
- No refunds may be applicable after installation has commenced or materials are procured
9. Limitation of Liability
UrjaCone shall not be held liable for:

- Loss of savings, revenue, or business
- Delays caused by external factors beyond our control
